This coffee is a Micro Lot, which means Mr. Turcios either didn’t grow very much of it, or got distracted after harvesting only a fraction of the crop. I’ll ask him when I see him.
We put a light roast on this one to feature its delicate terroir; try it and you may also detect: Pear, Lime, Honey Cane, Sugar.
